Losing your focus is such a common thing to happen at this point in the year! Following on from Katia’s blog post, I would love to offer some tips on how to get back on track.
A wise man once told me ‘ if you stay the same, you stay the same!’ This is the bottom line. Take some time to reflect and see, how is your pattern different from this time last year?
It’s very easy to loose track of an original goal as no one leads such a designed life; but to come back to your centre and remember what you wanted is always such a wonderful thing to do.
- I always encourage my clients to create their own vision boards, not annually but quarterly, this realigns them with their initial goals and allows them to also accommodate any unforeseen changes that may have occurred since establishing them.
2. The next tip is to try get out of town. This can be for the weekend or longer but just enough time to stop, breathe and be mindful.
3. The final suggestion is to spend time with friends or family you haven’t seen in a while, this one is sure to recalibrate you! If you are lucky, you can merge going away with these loved ones, now that’s a winner!!
Lastly, remember to have fun getting back on track!!
